Outback Steakhouse Tangy Tomato Dressing
This tomato paste brims with the goodness of some fine ingredients. A true delight to any meal the tomato paste is delicious with a variety of vegan dishes. GETTING READY 1. Chop unskinned tomatoes coarsely. 2. Add sugar to it and let it stand for 10 minutes.
MAKING 1 In a large saucepan add in the tomatoes. 2 Sprinkle salt on top. 3 Cover the saucepan. Let the tomatoes cook on low flame for 30 minutes. 4 Strain the tomatoes. Pass them through a strainer by mashing to a pulp. 5 Allow the Tomato Paste to cool. You
Combine the tomatoes peppers bay leaves and salt in a large pan and cook over low heat for about 1 hour. Press through a sieve. Return to the large pan and add the garlic. Cook over low heat for about 2 hours or until desired thickness then remove the garlic.
