The Zucchini And Tomatoes Au Gratin is a wonderful dish which will definitely steal the limelight of your dinner spread! This tasty preparation was chanced upon at a friends house last summer and has simply become a personal favorite. Try the Zucchini And Tomatoes Au Gratin!
Ingredients
  Zucchini 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or Canned)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Wash zucchini and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Cook onion in butter in a saucepan until soft.
Add zucchini and cook slowly 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Mix in tomatoes, salt, and a few grains pepper; cover and cook about 5 minutes.
Turn mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese over top.
Heat in a 350 F oven until cheese is melted.
