Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet butter/Half butter, half olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Cherry tomatoes 3 Pint, stemmed, rinsed and dried
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Melt the butter in a heavy skillet.
Add the tomatoes and raise the heat.
Shake and roll the tomatoes around in the butter until they are shiny and heated through, no more than 5 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
