Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes
|Sweet butter/Half butter, half olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Cherry tomatoes||3 Pint, stemmed, rinsed and dried|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet.
Add the tomatoes and raise the heat.
Shake and roll the tomatoes around in the butter until they are shiny and heated through, no more than 5 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
