Chilled Tomato Bouillon

Ingredients
  Double strength beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cubes 2 (In 1 Cup Boiling Water)
  Tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except garlic in a saucepan.
Cover; simmer 6 to 8 minutes and strain.
Add the garlic.
Cool; chill about 3 hours.
Remove garlic before serving
