Little Patti Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 8 Medium
  Tarragon wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Sugar 1 Ounce
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix mustard, cayenne, onion, garlic, sugar, and olive oil.
Add vinegar and shake sauce well.
Place tomatoes in a bowl.
Scatter top with chopped parsley stalks and cover with the dressing.
Place in the refrigerator and leave overnight.
