Crunchy Quark Stuffed Tomatoes
|Quark||4 Ounce (100 Gram Or 1/2 Cup)|
|Spring onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Celery stick||1 , finely chopped|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Poppy seeds||2 Tablespoon|
Cut a slice off the rounded end of the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds.
Tip upside down on kitchen paper (paper towels) to drain.
Mix the quark with the spring onions and celery and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes and dust each with poppy seeds.
Chill until ready to serve.
