|Canned tomatoes||29 Ounce, drained and cut into pieces (1 Can)|
|Cheese cracker crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Toast slice||3 , cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
Mix the onion, tomatoes, crumbs, parsley flakes, sugar, and salt in a greased 1 1/4 quart shal low baking dish.
Spoon sour cream evenly over top.
Add toast cubes to hot butter in a skillet and toss until all sides are coated.
Spoon toast cubes over sour cream; sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Heat thoroughly in a 325Â°F oven about 20 minutes.
