Scalloped Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 29 Ounce, drained and cut into pieces (1 Can)
  Cheese cracker crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Toast slice 3 , cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the onion, tomatoes, crumbs, parsley flakes, sugar, and salt in a greased 1 1/4 quart shal low baking dish.
Spoon sour cream evenly over top.
Add toast cubes to hot butter in a skillet and toss until all sides are coated.
Spoon toast cubes over sour cream; sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Heat thoroughly in a 325°F oven about 20 minutes.
