Tuna Tomato Cups
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Lightly toss together tuna, celery, green pepper, onion, curry, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Gently stir in mayonnaise.
With stem end down, cut each tomato into 6 wedges, cutting to, but not through, base of tomato.
Spread wedges apart slightly.
Sprinkle tomatoes lightly with salt.
Fill each tomato with tuna mixture.
Place in lettuce cups on platter.
Makes 6 servings.
