|Ripe firm tomatoes||2 Large|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||2 Tablespoon, crumbled|
Halve tomatoes crosswise; brush cut sides with melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
Place beside fish on rack in broiler pan.
Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 8 minutes, or until bubbly on top.
While tomatoes heat, blend sour cream and blue cheese in a cup.
Spoon over tomatoes just before serving.
