Easy Tomato Aspic
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Tomato juice||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Original)|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice/Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Prepared, Adjust Quantity)|
Soften gelatin by sprinkling in 1/2 cup tomato juice in saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining tomato juice, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice..
Pour into a 2-cup mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens and serve with salad dressing
