Tomato Timbales

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), stewed and pureed
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Soy flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Blend all ingredients except cheese.
Turn into oiled custard cups.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350° F. for about 1 hour.
