Cottage Cheese Salad In Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Low fat cottage cheese 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash tomatoes.
Cut tops from tomatoes, scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
Chill shells, reserve the pulp for other uses.
Combine remaining ingredients, stir well.
Chill.
To serve, stuff tomatoes with cottage cheese mixture.
