Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
|Tomatoes||6 Medium (About 2 Pounds)|
|Crumble herb stuffing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Remove stem ends of tomatoes.
Remove pulp, leaving 1/2 inch wall.
Chop pulp; mix with stuffing and cheese.
Fill tomatoes with stuffing; arrange in ungreased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tomatoes are heated through.
Garnish with parsley.
