  Salt To Taste
  Onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finley chopped
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Vinegar 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Thickly slice tomatoes; arrange on platter.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
