Vegetables Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 750 Gram
  Carrots 3
  Peas 200 Gram
  Onions 1 1⁄2
  Green chilies 4
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  French beans 200 Gram
  Turnip 1
  Potatoes 250 Gram
  Ginger pieces 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 8 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Carefully scoop out the pulp from tomatoes.

MAKING
2 In a large pan, steam all the chopped vegetables.
3 In another pan, boil the potatoes.
4 In a frying pan, heat the ghee.
5 Add in chopped onion, ginger and green chillies.
6 Fry until light brown.
7 Add in the salt, black pepper and flour, cook, stirring.
8 Add in two tbsps of tomato pulp, steamed vegetables and small pieces of potatoes.
9 Cook for about five minutes until dry.
10 Allow to cool.
11 Stuff the tomatoes with the prepared mixture.
12 In a frying pan, heat the ghee.
13 Place the stuffed tomatoes in it along with cumin seeds and tomato ketchup.
14 Add in 1/2tsp salt and cook for another 3 minutes.
15 Turn the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
16 Remove from the heat.

SERVING
17 Serve hot with potato chips.
