|Chopped celery/Green pepper||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Peel the tomatoes after plunging them into boiling water for 1 minute and then in cold water.
Cut in half crossways and remove the seeds and pulp.
Cover loosely with foil and chill in the refrigerator until required.
Peel the avocados, remove the seed and mash well with a wooden spoon.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili powder and celery or green pepper.
Set aside to chill.
When ready to use, fill the tomato halves with the avocado mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
