Easy Roasted Tomatoes
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Dash|
|Pepper||To Taste (Optional)|
|Garlic||2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
1.Half your tomatoes into equal halves and set aside.
2.Pre-heat the oven at 400C.
3.In a baking sheet places the halved tomatoes and drizzle them with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
4.Season with dried Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.
5.Place the baking sheet in the oven for 1 hour.
6.Once the tomatoes are soft and have shrunk to half the size,the tomatoes are ready.
7.They make for perfect side dish with any meal you have prepared.
