Easy Roasted Tomatoes

Host Caitlin shows you how to make an easy side dish - roasted tomatoes. This calls for very few ingredients, dresses up any plate and is a great dish to serve in the Fall. Pair this with her Whole Roasted Chicken and you have a delicious meal. Thank you, thank you for tuning in!
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper To Taste (Optional)
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Half your tomatoes into equal halves and set aside.
2.Pre-heat the oven at 400C.

MAKING
3.In a baking sheet places the halved tomatoes and drizzle them with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
4.Season with dried Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.
5.Place the baking sheet in the oven for 1 hour.
6.Once the tomatoes are soft and have shrunk to half the size,the tomatoes are ready.

SERVING
7.They make for perfect side dish with any meal you have prepared.
