Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash tomatoes; remove stem ends but do not peel.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices, allowing several slices per serving.
After removing sauteed liver from pan, put in tomato slices, adding a little more fat if necessary.
Turn once.
When tender but still shapely, remove, season well with salt and pepper and serve.
