1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in olive oil.
2. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, basil, thyme, salt, garlic, black pepper and hot pepper sauce.
3. Add the chicken broth mix to the pan.
4. Add tomatoes to the mixture and stir to coat.
5. Saute the mixture, stirring continually, for 5 minutes.
6. Transfer mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
