|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onion and bread; saute until light brown.
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Combine remaining bread mixture with remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Place in buttered baking dish; top with reserved bread mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
