Ripe Tomato Garden Relish

Ingredients
  Sweet peppers 6
  Chopped celery 1 Quart
  Onions 1 Quart
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Peeled tomatoes 4 Quart, ripe
Directions

Combine peppers, celery, onions and 4 cups water; add salt and sugar.
Bring to a boil; cook for 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Bring back to a boil; pour into jars.
Process in water bath, 30 minutes for quarts and 25 minutes for pints.
