Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Firm tomatoes 2 Large
  Dry bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Pinch (good pinch)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (brick, muenster, mozzarella or swiss)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, softened
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by cutting the tomatoes in half crosswise and with a teaspoon scrape out the seeds

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, dried basil, parsley, cheese, butter and stir, then take the tomato cavities and pack the mixture into it

SERVING
3. Serve with roasts of grilled meats, fish or poultry
