Scalloped Tomato Starter

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large, halved
  Cheese 2 Ounce, finely grated
  French mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Toasted breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Place the tomato halves along the edge of a microwavable dish.
2) In a bowl, add in the grated cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
3) Spread of a little bit the cheese mix over each of the tomato slices.
4) Microwave the tomato slices for about 5 to 6 minutes.

SERVING
5) To serve, sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs on top of each sauted tomato slice. Serve immediately.
