Sautéed Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
  Sliced onions 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Green pepper 6 Ounce, cut into 6 inch strips
  Sliced carrots 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce, sliced (225 Gram)
  Quartered tomatoes 3⁄4 Pound (350 Gram)
  Sunflower seed 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, heat some oil
2) Add the onions and sauté them till soft
3) Then add the carrots and sauté for a couple of minutes
4) Tip in the mushroom, pepper and tomatoes
5) Add salt to taste and then cover with a lid
6) Cook over a low flame allowing vegetables to cook in the steam which should take about 20-25 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve the vegetables over some brown rice
8) The vegetables can be paired according to season and availability
