Cherry Tomatoes Filled With Steak Tartar

Ingredients
  Ground beef/Beef mince 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg yolk 1
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped watercress 2 Tablespoon
  Anchovy fillets 2 , finely chopped
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint, washed and drained on absorbent paper (30 Large Sized)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4-inch-thick slice from stem end of each cherry tomato. Deseed tomatoes (you can use a tiny melon scooper for this) and place on absorbent paper, with stem end on bottom in order to remove excess pulp (if any).

MAKING
2. In A medium sized glass bowl, combine rest of the ingredients to prepare Steak Tartare. Mix well using a fork.
3. Clingwrap and refrigerate.

FINALIZING
4. Stuff each cherry tomato with 1 teaspoon of chilled Steak Tartare and arrange on a serving platter.

SERVING
5. Serve chilled with biscuit crackers.
