Marinated Sliced Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Firm tomatoes 2 Medium
Directions

In cup or small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; stir with wire whisk or fork until well blended.
With sharp knife, thinly slice tomatoes and arrange on a plate.
Pour dressing over tomatoes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
