Herb Marinated Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 , cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  Red wine vinegar 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Thyme leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Oregano leaves 1 Dash
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shallow, one quart glass bowl, arrange the tomato slices with their sides overlapping a little
2. In a small bowl, barring the lettuce, mix together all the other ingredients and pour it over the tomatoes
3. Wrap plastic wrap over the bowl adn chill for an hour, basting the tomatoes several times in the marinade

SERVING
4. Line two salad plaes with two leaves of lettuce each, top with hafl the tomato slices and half the marinade adn serve
