Zucchini With Tomatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Stewed tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash zucchini and cut in 1/4 inch slices.
Cook onion in butter.
Add zucchini and cook slowly for 5 minutes, stirring.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
Turn into greased casserole.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
