Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Large
  Butter/Margarine 6 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄5 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄5 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄5 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄5 Teaspoon
  Potato chip crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 300F

MAKING
2) Using a sharp knife, core the tomatoes and then slice them into halves
3) In a shallow pan, place them cut side up
4) Onto each tomatoes, dot a teaspoon of butter
5) Mix together the pepper, salt, basil, thyme, oregano and sugar and sprinkle over the tomatoes
6) Bake for 30 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve the dish warm as an accompaniment to a meat dish or with some crispy fried egg and toast
