Parmesan Topped Tomato Slices

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Tomatoes 2 Large, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
Directions

MAKING
1) Arrange tomato slices in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Overlap the slices if required.
2) In a small bowl stir sour cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and lemon juice.
3) Spoon on top of tomato slices.
4) Sprinkle tomato slices on top.
5) Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it.
6) Cook uncovered on 100% power (high) for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
