Curried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Corn oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onions 30 Milliliter, finely chopped (2 Tablespoon)
  Brewers yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Green tomatoes 500 Milliliter, cubed (2 Cups)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, add the oil and heat well
2. Add the onions to the oil and cook the mixture till the onions turn translucent
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and stir this mixture over low heat till the tomatoes are crisp-tender. This should take about ten minutes

SERVING
4. Serve hot with steamed rice

TIP
Leftovers of this dish go well with curry and as an addition to vegetable soup.
