Tomatoes Rockefeller

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1
  Tomatoes 3 Large, chopped (Ripe)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Spinach 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked
  Spinach 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked, drained
  Italian bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon, seasoned
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 2 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375 °F and grease the baking dish.
2) Slice the tomatoes into two halves.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix together spinach, onions, margarine, salt, pepper and paprika.
4) In the baking dish, arrange the tomatoes with their cut side facing up.
5) Take small portions of the spinach mixture and crumble evenly over the tomatoes.
6) Sprinkle a generous amount of Italian bread crumbs on top and bake the tomatoes for 15 minutes or till the crumbs turn a light golden brown.

SERVING
7) Serve the Tomatoes Rockfeller hot from the oven.
