Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium
  Cucumber 1 Large, peeled and sliced
  Cider vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, green pepper and cucumber.Put the tomato mixture aside for later use.

MAKING
2) In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, celery salt, mustard seeds, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
3) Allow the mixture to boil over moderate-high heat for a minute.
4) Pour hot vinegar mixture over tomato mixture.
Cover the bowl with lid and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, to allow the flavors to blend.

SERVING
5) Spoon out the salad portioned in individual bowls and serve.
