Herbed Tomato Slices

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar with tarragon 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme leaves/1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 4
  Marjoram leaves/1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarse black pepper 1 Dash
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix the salad oil, herbs, vinegar, salt and pepper together.
2) In a shallow bowl, place the sliced tomatoes and pour over the herbed dressing.
3) Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, spoon the dressing over the tomatoes frequently, then drain well.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
