Tomato Pepper Saute

Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced sweet onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 , cut in thin strips
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled and cut in 8 wedges
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet melt diet margarine over low heat.
2) Stir in onions and sauté till tender.
3) Add green pepper and tomatoes. Add seasonings.
4) Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes till peppers are tender-crisp.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
