Tomato Pepper and Celery Relish

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Medium
  Green pepper 1 , minced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Peel and dice tomatoes. Combine with remaining ingredients.
2. Chill for several hours. Drain.
