Sliced Tomato With Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, crushed
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced
  Red lettuce leaves 2
  Vidalia onion slices/Other sweet onion slice 1 , separated into rings (1/4 Inch Thick)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, basil, olive oil, garlic and mustard; whisk until they blend well

SERVING
2. Line two plates with lettuce and divide the tomato slices evenly between them
3. Next, arrange the onion rings and drizzle the vinegar mixture evenly all over and serve
