Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 4 Pound
  Green tomatoes 1 Pound
  Golden syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 1⁄2 Pound
  Raisins 1⁄2 Pound
  Red chillies 1⁄4 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Onions 1 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle salt over tomatoes (cut into small pieces) and leave for a night.
Next day, drain very well.
Then boil: 2 cups vinegar 1 cup golden syrup 1 heaped tblspn, dry 1 heaped tblspn, mustard curry powder Boil up and pour over the onions and tomatoes, and bottle.
Leave to stand for 3 — 4 days before using.
