Grilled Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Firm tomatoes 3 Large
  Crushed corn chips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Slice tomatoes and sprinkle salt and pepper.
2) In a bowl, combine garlic salt, corn chips, parsley, and butter.
3) Sprinkle the mixture over the sliced tomatoes.
4) In an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan, arrange the tomatoes, uncover, and cook for 15-20 minutes.

SERVING
5) Garnish and serve hot.
