Herbed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Chopped fresh tarragon 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh green onions 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Nicely place the sliced tomatoes on a plate.
2) Mix the tarragon, green onions, parsely and garlic, then sprinkle over the tomatoes.
3) Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice on top.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
