Dinner Time Refresher

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Pepper To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together the tomato juice, water, sugar, celery, salt and the pepper
2) Simmer the mixture till the celery is tender
3) Strain the mixture through a sieve into the saucepan, pressing the celery through
4) Put the saucepan back on the stove and add in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
5) Gently heat for 2 minutes

SERVING
6) Serve warm
