Broiled Tomato Halves

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut in half crosswise
  Butter 45 Milliliter, melted (3 Tablespoon)
  Cracker crumbs 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Dried basil 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine the butter, cracker crumbs and seasonings together.
2) Spoon the mixture into the tomato halves and them directly on the broiler rack.
3) Broil the tomato halves as per directions until thoroughly heated.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
