Broiled Tomato Halves
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut in half crosswise|
|Butter||45 Milliliter, melted (3 Tablespoon)|
|Cracker crumbs||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Dried basil||2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
1) Combine the butter, cracker crumbs and seasonings together.
2) Spoon the mixture into the tomato halves and them directly on the broiler rack.
3) Broil the tomato halves as per directions until thoroughly heated.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
