|Peeled chopped tomatoes||6|
|Grated coconut||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 , chopped|
|Chilli powder||To Taste|
Chop and peel tomatoes and add salt.
Heat oil in pan and gently fry onions, garlic, ground ginger and chilli.
Add tomatoes and coconut and simmer for 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
