Bacon And Egg Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Large
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , chopped
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked and crumbled
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash the tomatoes properly and cut off the tops.
2) Scoop the pulp out, leaving the shells intact and chop the tomato pulp.

MAKING
3) After draining the shells, sprinkle cavities with salt and pepper to taste.
4) Combine eggs, tomato pulp, mayonnaise, celery, bacon, parsley, ¼ teaspoon of pepper and ¼ teaspoon of salt together and mix well.
5) Stuff the bacon-eggs mixture into the tomatoes shells and sprinkle preparation with paprika.

SERVING
6) Serve at room temperature.
