Flambeed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 , cut in to chunks
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the onions in chunks.

MAKING
2) In a fry pan, heat up oil and add the onions to sauté. Cook till the time the onions get browned and crisp.
3) Place tomatoes and stir well.
4) Now add brandy and let it FLAMBE. Add seasoning of salt and pepper.

SERVING
5) Garnish with oregano before serving.
