STUFFED TOMATOES

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Green peppers 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 6 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 4 Large (cooked)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Scoop out half the pulp from inside the tomatoes.
Chop up the pulp and combine with all ingredients except the crumbs.
Neatly stuff mixture into tomatoes and cover with crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Place in buttered baking dish with a little water and melted butter and bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes.
Baste occa-sionally with liquid in the bottom of the pan
