Farmhouse Escalloped Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Peeled chopped tomatoes 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pourable splenda/Sugar twin 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low calorie bread 4 , toasted and cut into cubes
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine tomatoes, onion, and green pepper.
Stir in Splenda, basil, and black pepper.
Add bread cubes.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Mix well before serving.
