Broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Dry bread crumbs 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter/Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Turn the tomatoes upside down on paper towels to drain.
Mix the chopped tomato pulp with the bread crumbs, garlic, herbs, cheese and seasoning.
Mix in a little melted butter or oil.
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture, sprinkle with butter or oil and broil for about 10 minutes or until they are heated through.
