|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||8 , halved|
1) Combine the stuffing mix, butter and cheese together and mix well.
2) Spread the mustard evenly over the surface of the tomatoes and then spoon the stuffing mixture over the mustard.
3) Broil the tomatoes about 4 inches from the heat for nearly 7 minutes or till the topping has browned lightly.
4) Serve hot.
