VitaMix Robusto Tomato Soup

My VitaMix Robusto Tomato Soup is delicious, nutritious, simple, easy, homemade, piping hot, phytonutrient rich, antioxidant rich, fiber filled and ready to eat in 4 minutes. If all it did was make you feel good, what better antidote to aging is there than to feel young, like you can do anything.
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
  Cashew 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked and drained
  Nutritional yeast flakes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (If required)
  Ground pepper 1 Pinch
  Broccoli florets 6 , for garnish
Directions

MAKING
1. Into the Vitamix, add the tomatoes, cashews, nutritional yeast flakes and sea salt.
2. Let the Vitamix run for 4 minutes. Use a tamper to push the ingredients down.
3. Use the water and blend, if the mix turn out to be too thick.
4. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle some fresh cracked pepper and garnish with broccoli florets.

SERVING
5. Serve as an appetizer.
